It appears to require a combination of Mouse and keyboard. It is also very awkward to go around an object in the First Person / Walking Around Mode. Assume this would be great for showing "3D parts" just not for architecture.įor what ever reason, switching to the First Person / Walking Around Mode changes the Home view so that it is lower, akin to a "dogs perspective".Ĭlicking the Home Icon returns to Orbit Mode. The Orbit Mode does the job, looking around a central object, i tjust shows to much. Ie: Degrees above and below the horizontal. Would like for the client to view this as past versions of VW / RW allowed with Exported VR files. Would like to understand how to have a specific center for the Orbit View. Assume that it would be Zero - Zero.Ĭreated a simple 3D X at "Zero - Zero" and the rotation is eccentric. The center of rotation is not as expected. Thanks. In my testing, When I open the WEB View in a browser, the initial view is as expected. Also, you can't tweak effects and EQ independantly for each track.Īnyway, I'm sure other people have tried programming a mix in Reaper so please let me know the best way to go about it. The only issue with this is that I don't think you can make a custom envelope this way. It makes me wonder if they should both go on one track, and if I should use Reaper's built-in crossfading functionality. I have also tried moving everything to two tracks, which is cleaner, but if I use the crossfade method described, but have to change the sequence of my mix, then I might have crossfade envelopes that need to be inverted, because a record on track 1 had to move to track 2, so then the track after that had to go to 1. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I don't think it's totally linear (left=0% output, middle=50%, right=100%).Ģ) Is there a good way to emulate decks? I have tried having every song on a different track, and this can be kind of messy. I also think there's a specific curve to crossfaders.

I don't know if this is the right way to go, though.

I thought about trying to route tracks so that panning left on a track gives you left and right of a child track, and panning right gives you left and right of another child track. However, I wanted to have one envelope that goes from one track to another. I have a few questions:ġ) Is there a good way to emulate a crossfader? In the past, I've just had separate tracks with separate volume envelopes. I have made pre-programmed mixes in reaper before, but I'm trying to streamline this process.
